Atty. Supnad graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2014 and became a member of the Philippine Bar the year after. During her tenure in law school, she was a member of the UST Law Review and the UST Law Debate Team, for which she won numerous championships and best speaker awards. She also served as the Academics Chairperson of the UST Golden Notes, the official bar review material of UST Faculty of Civil Law.

Prior to her law studies, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Manila. In college, she served as Minister for Training and Deputy Prime Minister of the UP Manila Debate Circle. She competed in both national and international intercollegiate debate championships, and placed third in the national finals and won Third Best Speaker in Asia in 2006.

After passing the 2014 Bar Exams, Atty. Supnad joined the Court of Appeals as Court Attorney IV for a year before moving on to the Government Service Insurance System. In the GSIS, she first filled the role of the Executive Assistant V to the Corporate Secretary, serving as the head of the confidential staff and monitoring the production of Board and Committee minutes and directives before she was recruited by a member of the GSIS Board of Trustees. She served as the Chief of Staff to a member of the GSIS Board, the governing body of the System, and became responsible for reviewing and vetting proposals, policies, and reports for both internal use and external compliance with various government agencies. She fulfilled the responsibilities of managing the staff of their office and liaising with all other departments of the GSIS, ensuring the viability and conformity of proposed regulations with existing laws. She is currently the Head of Legal of a Property Management Company under the Megaworld Company Umbrella.
