Atty. Clarice C. Collantes has a well-rounded background in law, accounting, banking, and business. She earned her law degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila. A double-degree holder, she pursued Management Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas and completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Philippine School of Business Administration.

Before entering the legal profession, she spent nearly seven years in the banking industry, developing extensive experience in accounting, loans, credit evaluation, mortgage transactions, and foreign currency operations. This experience provided her with a practical understanding of financial systems, risk assessment, and the commercial considerations that influence both individuals and businesses.

During her academic years, she was actively involved in student governance and was frequently elected as a student council officer.  She also served her community as a member of the Sangguniang Kabataan, strengthening her capabilities in people management, communication, collaboration, and responsible decision-making.
